MONEY
The only thing anybody ever pays money for in life.
A human being is ever willing to pay money is for a RESULT.
If you are a dentist, people don't pay you because you are a dentist, they pay you for the result of making them teeth clean.
PEOPLE PAY FOR THE RESULT THEY WANT.
If you want to create more money in your life than what you got to do is you got to figure out a way to deliver more value to people in the form of result.
If you could deliver more value to people in the form of result than people will be happy to give you as much money as you desire to make provided that results are worth it.
All the money that you want but you don't have it's in somebody else's pocket.
So, Somebody has the money.
If you'll give people value in the form of result they'll give you money in exchange for that.
CONCEPT OF VALUE EXCHANGE.
If you are in the market looking to make money than what's valuable to you at that particular moment is MONEY.
But, Sometimes there are things that are more valuable to us than money, for instance when our body is running low on fuel (When we're hungry.) than we spend money for food but the food is more important than money.
Well at any given time there are millions of people all around the world that have a desire in their life for a result of value in the form of result than that result they want is a greater desire for them then the money they have and they're willing to exchange the money they have for that result.
What you want to do is, You want to become a value-added proposition who produces a result that other people want and then they give you money.
If the value is the thing people really want value in the form of result.
THERE ARE FOUR LEVELS OF VALUE.
MANIFEST:- Manifestation is the ability to take something that only exists right now on the invisible world and bring it back and make it show up in your hand in the physical world.
Everything that was once just an idea in somebody's mind which mean it existed in the invisible first before it showed up in the physical world.
1.IMPLEMENTATION - The Lowest level of value.
The people who are just implementers of a thing are the people who get paid the least amount of money because it's the thing we value least.
Example;- If you go to a restaurant, the person who owns the restaurant is not washing the dishes,the person washing the dishes performs the implementation of making sure the dishes are clean but that person makes the least amount of money.
The person who is cooking the food is made less than the owner.
Because implementation is the lowest form of value.
Name of my lawn care company, that takes care of my lown is mowing by BOIENG and the guy who owns his name is CHRIS BOWEN. The interesting thing about BOWEN does not do any mowing, in fact, the only time I have ever seen chris bowen was when he came to my house and talked to me about selling me the service but what chris bowen does he is a smart enough businessman knows that if he wants to make money as a lawn care guy, he is not gonna make money as a lawn care guy cutting my grass.
He gonna make money as a lawn care guy getting agreements, contracts individuals at home houses and property and paying somebody else a little bit of money he brings in in order for him to have a successful business where he can multiply his income what we call scaling his business.
He has people who can implement the tasks that his business is about so chris understand implementation is the lowest form of value.
The person who implements, who is the doer of things in your business you are the lowest level of value which mean you get the least amount of money in the organization.
2.UNIFICATION:- This is where people reside, who are managers, they have the ability to unify people, unify a group of implementers into the team who go out and accomplish the task and then this unifies make more money than implementers.
If you're management you make more money than the people who are implementers.
If you manage a team of people, the people in your team don't make as much as you make.
Unification is so important, team building is so important and creating unity and it's important and one of the reason people who are unifiers so much money is because when you are unifying team what you are usually doing is you're putting together people who complement each other which mean one has strength where other have weakness and all of having strengths and weaknesses.
3.COMMUNICATION:- It is the easiest way to get highest level of income.
People like Ophrah Winfrey, Devid letterman, People who are talking heads like anchors, news people that their own television shows, people who put together put informatics.
These people who are communicators.
People who are in sales, People who are music artist, People who write movies, who write books.
People who conclude the message and the message they want to communicate the message into the world.
When you good at communicating taking ideas out of your mind and putting them in other peoples mind, giving them thoughts in clarity.
If you can use your words to paint the picture in other's people mind then you can get manifest anything you want because you can deliver value and you have a way of expressing that value so people say I want that.
Selling is the highest form of value-added ability one of them on the planet.
Selling is uncovering what i have to offer so well that people are happy to exchange the money they have in their pocket for the value.
When people go into marketplace they attempt to sell they're not good at here I found out the reason they have a hard time selling is two faults.
1. Either they go into the marketplace looking to get value instead to give value.
2. They go into marketplace attempting to give what they perceive as valuable instead of what marketplace perceives.
When you think about your business don't think of the marketplace, think from the marketplace put yourself in other people shoes.
If I was the person what I want when you come up that answer now you need to go communicate that tells the marketplace I've got your solution.
I've got the result that you want in the value you want in the form of this result, I've got the result that you want in the value you want in the form of this result and I'll give you that in exchange for your some money and then people will literally throw money at you so fast.
When you have result what other people want people will happily pay you for that result.
Always over deliver the value department when you do people will always buy from you all you have to do is communicate the message clearly and succinctly and you will be glad you create that value and communicated to the marketplace you must learn how to sell.
There are other things you can do you can write books that are a great way to communicate.
4.IMAGINATION:- Imainationation is where the magic happens, where amazing things take place.
If you think about it are their limits for implementation, well there are limits of implementation.
Are there limits for unification, well there are limits of unification.
Are there limits for unification, well there are limits of unification.
Are there limits for communication, well there are limits of communication.
But in the imagination, there are no limits.
This is the level of value where people create value.
